The Downtown North Wilkesboro Partnership, its friends, volunteers and partners, helped make last year a successful one for the downtown district. With your partnership contributions, sponsorships and monies raised through ticketed events, like the Holiday Home Tour, we were able to purchase and plant and landscape seven Ginkgo trees on the 200 and 300 block of 9th Street. We also bought two iron marketplace benches, erected a six-month Farmers’ Market billboard, helped fund the farmer’s market manager position and placed ads in regional magazines, newspapers and on radio touting downtown North Wilkesboro and its many unique businesses and venues.

The Partnership continues its support of the farmer’s market,  and its partnership with the Town of North Wilkesboro on its two outdoor concert events - Live After 5 and Concerts on the Deck. Our Design and Preservation Committee regularly accepts and reviews façade grant applications,which funds $15K in downtown rehab projetcs annually. 

Momentum downtown continues and with your support we can keep it going. Enclosed with this letter is a Membership/ Partnership Form, please complete, indicating your level of support and informing us of any change in address or phone number, and return it with your check in the pre-addressed envelope. You may also indicate that you wish to be invoiced at a later date.
